Inorder for you to join under my team for a personal 1 to 1 guidance, you will have to call me personally @ 98-199-199 and not to walk-in for the normal seminar (I will then, register you with the admin to join my team).

Professional ISO 9001:2000 Certified Training
All ERA Real Estate Agents will have to undergo ERA professional training package certified to SS PSB ISO 9001:2000 certification, which provides them with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate brokerage business in Singapore.
Effective classroom training will be provided to teach and impart selling skills necessary for the professional conduct of real estate marketing. ERA Marketing Associates will be taught to make appointments, conduct listing presentations, overcome objections and concluding a deal.

Eligibility:
ERA Express Sales System Training is open to all Singapore citizens and Singapore PR.
Course participants must be at least 21 years of age. Min 4'O's level are require by 1st Nov 2010.
Certificate of Attendance:
A certificate of Attendant will be awarded to the associate who has attended at least 6 out of 8 Sessions.
FREE Training Incentive
The commitment fee will be reimbursed when the ERA associate achieves S$6,800 Net Associate Commission within 9 months from the date of commencement of ERA Express Sales System Training.
A copy of the "Application For Course Fee Refund" Form must be duly filled up and submitted to the HR Department for approval.
The ERA Associate must still be with ERA on the day his application for refund is approved.

*Please note that after you have attended the ERA Success Seminar (every Tues or Thurs 7pm) register through me only, and should you decide to join us as an ERA agent later (which ERA will require you to pass the RES Exam first).
You will only need to pay a deposit of $50/- to ERA. Only then, you are allow to register the below RES Course conducted by ERA (RES course is base on 1st come 1st serve basis only).

RIA School of Real Estate is officially an Approved Course Provider (ACP) appointed by the Council for Estate Agencies to conduct the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course.
Under the new regulatory regime administered by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), one of the registration criteria for individuals aspiring to be real estate salespersons is that they must pass the CEA’s Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination or have equivalent qualification.
We are commencing our 3rd, 4th & 5th Intakes for the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course on 5th April 2011 onwards!
RES COURSE INTAKE 3 (Evening Class)
Date: 5th April 2011 – 7th June 2011

RES COURSE INTAKE 4 (Day Class)
Date: 11th April 2011 – 6th May 2011
Time: 10am – 1 pm

Date: 18th April 2011 – 1st June 2011 Time: 7pm – 10 pm

Course Fees: $780 + 7% GST = $834.60 (Excluding Examination Fees)
§ Registration will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
§ Registration can be made after you have attended our ERA Success Seminar and paid a deposit of $50/- to ERA .
§ Please attach a photocopy of your NRIC and Highest Educational Qualification upon enrolment.

Examination Requirements to note:
- New entrants will need to complete the exam preparatory course conducted by an CEA Approved Course Provider and attained at least 75% course attendance; and possess 4 GCE "O" level passes or equivalent qualifications before applying for the RES examination.
- Only existing salespersons whose names have been submitted by their agencies to the Council For Estate Agencies by the 22 October 2010, will not be required to attend the RES course before applying for the RES examination.
